Today I was working on my works cited page. I have 13 citation done today. I think that I still have more site to add. I am still trying to format my page. I still have to place them alabeatly(ABC).

Today I wrote the notes for the pervious article that I had higlighted yesterday. I took notes on the teen suicide wiki article. there is a a good list of teen groups that are at risk and I do not know where to place it. I might chage a question to better fit this area. I am now working on the methods they are commiting suicide. I am almost done with my notes, I think. I am hopping to be done early so I have extra time to write my paper. I am not the best person at writing, and I am worring about this. I do feel that I have a vast knowledge on my topic. I am learning new things every day and I like what I am learning.

Today I was pulling more articles off the internet. I am trying to find ones that fit my questions. I highlighted, an then marked which questions were for what. I have not added them to my notes, I am going to start with that tommorow. I have found another Wiki artcle that is about the types of ways teens are commiting suicide. I want to be able to use it, although I already have two articles that I want to use. I could drop the one wiki article. I have not been able to find other articles on the ways to that teens are comminting suicide. All the websites are blocked by school. I am still working on being granted the permision to do my action plan. I need to give the idea to the consulators, the admin is worried that it might be putting thoughts in to the minds. I would need to find a way to deliver the information in a way that is best for no copy cats. The admin thought that it was a great idea.

I have a few notes that are smaller then others. It is because I had articles that were on the general side and I read all of those first and then just now have started to find and narrow the articles to the sepicific question. I have found some good articles today and just started to read them. I am going to work on them next week. Most of the notes pages have notes on them.

Today was a slow day untill I did a google search. I did notes on an article that I started yesterday. Then I went looking for new articles and came across a really cool web site. It had a week that was prevention week in Sept. I was thinking that I could move it up closer do do my action plan that week. It also had stickers that would be great to use for the marking of who paid and who did not. I had first found a center in Pittsburgh that had a hotline and thought the money could go there and now I am thinkong of this web site, the Yellow Ribbion prevention orgazation. I am going to put the links to the web sites on my blog. I am really happy that I found these web sites.

Today I was really tired and did nto get much done. I did finish my college last night, I was up trying to finsh it. Allong with Mr.Boring's Dalai Lama resume. I did how ever read an article, and listened to the interview introduction. I have an idea of who I want to interview. I might be abke to have more then one interview, I have to see if they will do it. I will try to work harder tommorw, I was up really late last night. I am going to try to go to bed earlier. I need to find more interesting articles to read, some of them are repeatinf information that I alreadly have.

Today I worked on my college, I was tweaking certain spots and it is mostly done. I have to save for web and devices and then upload it and save to all my drives. Then I worked on some notes. I had found a few new articles to read and then one answerd some questions that I only had a few notes for. I was able to read and then take notes on it. Tommorw I am going to look for a few more articles that are more narrowed down to certain topics. I could have worked more on my notes, today I was trying to finish my college, since it was mostly done. I think that I have done lots of notes to date.

Today I worked on an article and finsihed it and it had answers for four questions. I then started to look for more and differnet articles on questions that I do not have any thing on yet. I worked really well to day. The time just flew by today.

I have finnised the proposal and this is it below. I have placed in on my C, H, and flash drives. I am going to look and take notes on the depression article. I have added a quesion, What is involved in teen Depression? I did not have this one or one that was like this. I am going to take notes on that and other ones tommorow. I am glad that I have kept up with my project so far and hope to keep on staying on track. I do not know if I will have enough info for the whole paper. I am starting to become nervious about the paper. The action plan will be no that bad, the paper will be chalanging.

ESS: What are the causes of teen suicides, and the impact of teen suicide and effective interventions?

What will my project be?
“Keep your Laces for a Day”
It is a fund raiser for a hotline or crisis center
Students and staff at City High will pay $2 - $5 to wear their tennis shoes for a day
I will try to turn it in to a PEARLS event
Possibly have a person come in and give a presentation to the whole school on teen suicide
Then have the fund raiser
Give mini presentations to each grade

Why am I doing this project?
To help raise awareness of teen suicide
To educate the public on this issue
To let the public know that there are people that care and want to help
It is important topic to me

What do I hope to accomplish?
For the public to understand the effects of teen suicide
To let people know the warning signs
What to do in that type of situation
Understand why teens do this type of behavior

Last night I worked on my admi. powerpoint and finshed it. I then went down to Ms. Johnson to have the PEARLS side approved. She seamed to like the idea and I think that it is just a matter of time for the decsion form the rest. I e-mailed it to here upon her request. I am going to work on my action plan proposial tonight. I have started it and need to fix it and make it better.

Today I was able start the outline on my action plan. I am thinking late october or early november. I thinking of what I want to include in my power point. I want to be able to present it the administers in the comming weeks, possiably next week. I would have to see what works for them first. I did not take any notes today. I still have a lot to do on my collage.

I was able to read the article on the medications, I did not put in the notes yet. I have all the information highlighted, it just needs to go into the ntes. The article was really long. I started to try to find the organization that I will donate the money form the event. I will start looking at information for the powerpoint, that I will present to the adminstrators. I also need to start to think of how much it would be to wear the shoes.

Today I was able to finish the long article. Then was able to start the reasearch on my action plan. I know what I want to do, the only thing that I have to do is figure out what orgazation that I want to use. I think that my action plan will fall under all the orders of what it has to be. I am going to work on taking notes on question 14, I have not have made any notes for this question. I have taken notes on several questions the past few days.

Today I was note taking, I was able to do the rest of the article on Friday and read another article. Then was just starting on the note taking. The rewording is hard to handle. The sympotoms and signs are hard to reword. The article was seven pages long and was able to answer several questions. I have my action plan figured out and really excited about it.
